Hydes Cyder is a family business based in the heart of Hampshire, using traditional English orchard apples that are wild fermented using time honoured methods, to produce a delicious, lightly carbonated, medium dry, 5% alcohol cider, as well as an equally scrumptious non-alcoholic cider, Hydes Lyte.

One very lucky reader will win a voucher for two to attend a Hydes Cyder’s one day hands-on workshop covering the basics of making artisan cider at home, worth £180 per person.

A hearty lunch and refreshments throughout the day (9:30am – 3:30pm) are included in this small group, interactive workshop taking place at Hydes Farmhouse, Herriard, Hampshire RG25 2PN. This is where you’ll also find the Hydes Cyder Tap Room, well worth a visit to enjoy a refreshing, aromatic pint of premium cider!

Find out more about their ciders and Tap Room special events at hydescyder.com.
